EDUCATION

Adam graduated from Auckland University in 1988 with an LLB (Bachelor of laws) and was admitted to the bar in November 1988.

DAM HAS BEEN PRACTISING EXCLUSIVELY IN CRIMINAL LAW FOR OVER 26 YEARS.
Adam has conducted numerous jury trials both as a Crown Prosecutor and defence lawyer covering a wide range of serious criminal charges.   Adam will bring to your case a balanced and objective assessment and draw on his vast experience to achieve the best possible result.

EXPERIENCE

1988 – 1990
Employed as a Defence Lawyer in Napier handling all aspect of criminal defence work.

1990 – 1992
Employed as a Crown Prosecutor with the Crown Solicitor at Wellington handling Police and Government Departmental prosecutions, Jury trials and appeals.

1993 – 1996
Employed as a Crown Prosecutor with the Crown Solicitor at Auckland prosecuting District & High Court jury trials.

1996– present
Commenced practice as a Barrister where Adam’s main focus has continued to be in the area of criminal law.
